Work supervision is the study and development of one's own work. Supervision can be used, for example, to develop work, to support the employee's ability to cope at work, and to handle customer cases. Supervision can be helpful in various challenging situations, can support cooperation and help improve interaction. My framework is dialogic, narrative, resource- and solution-oriented.
Supervision
Workshops and consulting for the development of operations and the working community, for the planning of a new project or to support project work. The consultation can be a one-off or a longer process. Different methods can be used in the workshops, e.g. competence assessment, BIKVA, different network and dialogic methods, peer assessment, Open Space. Together we can think about what serves you best.
